We are looking for Partnerships Manager with leadership and analytical skills to join our fast-growing company and to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business growth and innovation and an ability to create and expand strategic partnerships. As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the success of our business through the development and management of key relationships. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Law or Accounting 
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles – a huge advantage 
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and ability to build and maintain partnership relationships 
  • Ability to analyze market data and partnership performance metrics to inform strategic decisions 
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute partnership plans that drive business growth. 
  • Professional Working Knowledge of English 
  • Strong Excel skills. 
  • Experience solving problems, exercising good judgment in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environments. 
  • Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks. 
  • Strong attention to details, and obsession with process improvement 
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools and growing with the role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Profisea’s partners, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish future strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and other key stakeholders to expand our market presence and capabilities. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with Profisea’s business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and success. 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Success teams to integrate partnership initiatives and drive collective success. 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine partnership strategies continuously. 
  • Act as an advocate for partners within Profisea, ensuring their feedback and needs are addressed to maintain strong and productive relationships. 
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our business models and products 
  • Perform quality controls and monitor the company’s Partnerships KPIs 
  • Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks, and overcome obstacles that come your way
