Requirements: 

  • Fluent English  
  • Proven knowledge in AWS (AWS Certified at Associate level or higher) 
  • Analytical mindset and learning ability 
  • Patience and courtesy towards customers 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in Customer Support 

Responsibilities: 

  • Technical support and communication with our customers about Amazon Web Services and technologies 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and satisfactory resolutions 
  • Cooperate with other teams to make sure that our clients receive the best experience possible 
  • Incident investigation and troubleshooting assistance
