Fluent English, Proven knowledge in AWS (AWS Certified at Associate level or higher)

Requirements:
- Proven knowledge in AWS (AWS Certified at Associate level or higher)
- Analytical mindset and learning ability
- Patience and courtesy towards customers
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Technical support and communication with our customers about Amazon Web Services and technologies
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Cooperate with other teams to make sure that our clients receive the best experience possible
- Incident investigation and troubleshooting assistance
